Join this large government body as an Instructional Design/Learning and Development Lead to lead and support the design, management and delivery of enterprise specific projects.
**Key activities**
- Lead the design, advisory and delivery mechanisms that translate strategic project objectives and deliverables into meaningful business outcomes that are fit-for-purpose, meet contractual obligations and are tailored to meet the needs of business partners and specific client requirements
- Provide specialist experience and leadership for the development of contract and business objectives, KPI's, benefit realisation, and project milestones to successfully delivery
- Lead development strategy and manage detailed proposal/tender briefs and programs of work
- Consult and strategical engage as an industry capability/learning design expert with member and industry organisation to identify and produce effective, engaging and compliant training solutions
- Lead the instructional design team and contribute to the leadership team commitment to support and value employee development, experience and engagement

**Skills and experience**
- Demonstrated experience in a learning and development or organisational development roles
- Extensive experience in the use of e-learning authoring software (ideally Articulate Storyline) and SCORM files
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Detailed knowledge of different learning styles, delivery models and methodologies, in particular blended approaches
- Proven ability to edit and proof own and others' work, with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience in the use of graphics and video production tools
- Proven ability to problem solve, use analytical and critical thinking within the learning and development context
- Experience in project management, particularly in the context of learning design
- Proven advanced computer skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong practical experience in waterfall and/or agile project delivery methodologies
- Experience working in fast paced transformation projects
- Ability to work with various stakeholders and vendors and coordinate technical activities with multi vendors to achieve program outcome
