Supply Chain Coordinator Role
We are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to manage sample drop-offs, deliveries, and shipments with precision and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate couriers and prepare freight for dispatch
* Review and triage sample deliveries and COCs, labelling and distributing within designated timeframes
* Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments
* Perform manual handling up to 10kg loads
* Ensure sample storage and disposal by following safe work practices
* Operate a forklift to load and unload cages
Requirements:
* A customer-focused attitude and high quality service standards
* Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
* Ability to process multiple concurrent requests efficiently and accurately
* Understanding of laboratory safety and chemical hazards
* Effective communication, organisational and time management skills
