SCHOOL BASED TRAINEE – GYM INSTRUCTOR

We're offering an exciting opportunity for a passionate and reliable high school student to join our team as a Gym Instructor Trainee. This is your chance to earn a nationally recognised qualification while gaining valuable, hands-on industry experience.

What you will be doing:
* Assist in keeping the gym safe and equipment well-maintained
* Deliver friendly and professional customer service
* Support and supervise patrons during gym sessions and programs
* Report any safety concerns or equipment issues to the team
What you will gain:
* A Nationally Recognised Qualification (Certificate III in Fitness)

Remuneration:
In accordance with clause 32D of the Local Government (State) Award 2023.
To be successful in this position:
* Be a current high school student commencing year 11 in 2026,
* Have strong communication and organisational skills
* Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Be reliable and able to manage school and work commitments
