Job Summary: Our organisation seeks a highly skilled professional to coordinate high-level activities, provide secretarial support and manage a council.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Offer executive level secretariat services to the council
2. Administer grants and rate relief programs, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately
3. Prepare payment of grants and other accounts in accordance with departmental and government regulations
4. Conduct administrative tasks including record keeping and updating information on our website
5. Support the development and production of correspondence for the Heritage Branch and Council
Skill Requirements:

* Well-developed organisational, time management, and administrative abilities
* Extensive knowledge of financial management frameworks and reporting requirements
* Comprehensive understanding of government processes and legislation
