We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Assistant to join the NSW Master Planned Communities development team.
This is a 12-Month Parental Leave fixed term Contract based at the Sydney Head Office while also offering flexibility to work from our project offices and home.

**The Opportunity**
You will work with a team of Project Directors, Senior Development Managers, Development Managers, Development Professionals, Graduates, and administration staff. As part of this high performing disciplinary team you will play an essential role in the operations and organisation of the team.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Provide support to three Project Directors
- Arrange meetings, preparation of minutes, agendas and reports.
- Perform information management including collection and maintenance of files/records, correspondence and project files for easy retrieval.
- Perform diary management, travel arrangements, stationary orders, timely invoice payments, typing, organisation of approvals and the provision of solid administrative secretarial support including meeting preparation and reports.
- Provide a welcoming and helpful interface between the team and internal/external key stakeholders.
- Ad-hoc administration tasks as required.
**About You**
- Experience in administrative support within a fast-paced environment
- Highly organised, energetic and strong sense of initiative and a proactive approach
- Strong attention to detail and committed to achieving quality outcomes
- Solid skills with MS Office programs is essential
- Exposure to SAP preferred, or similar systems experience
