Schedule: Monday to Friday with a 30-hour contract per week, with the potential to work up to 38 hours for extra earning opportunities. Location: conveniently located in the heart of the city for easy access.
Responsibilities
* Supervise bar and event operations during conferences and functions
* Read and execute event run sheets
* Liaise directly with clients during events
* Manage event set-up, pack-down, and contractor bump-in/out
* Lead and manage the team on shift
* Oversee bar operations and stock levels
* Ensure service, safety, and presentation standards are met
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years' leadership or supervisory experience
* Background in bartending, hotels, restaurants, and/or events (preferred)
* Strong bar operations knowledge
* High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* RMLV desired but not essential
