Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong focus on Image of Child and prior leadership experience in mentoring educators to meet high standards of curriculum and documentation.
* An ACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or willingness to study towards a Diploma qualification within 3 months);
* A current State relevant Working with Childrens Check;
* Current Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain upon commencement);
* Additional Child Protection Training in line with section 162A of the Education and Care Services National Law;
* Current Anaphylaxis Asthma CPR and First Aid Certificates (or willingness to obtain).
