Field Visual Merchandiser - QLD
The Role
- The QLD Field Visual Merchandiser is responsible for all aspects of the retail store environment in QLD, focusing on maximizing sales and profit through VM layouts and windows set from HO, while ensuring consistency and quality in all key stores.
* Supports the National VM manager with regards to store openings, setup & national directives
* Develops and maintains positive relationships with the retail teams
The role is hands-on, requiring execution of store VM standards to the VM plan as outlined by the National VM Manager.
This position involves working predominantly in-store, with occasional requirements to be at Head Office or to travel interstate.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Implement and continuously reinforce the visual merchandising standards throughout your designated state
2. Analyze reports to ensure visual merchandising strategy is maximizing sales
3. Coach and train Area, Multi-site & Store Managers, and their team on VM standards, ensuring compliance and consistency of all store standards and merchandising guidelines
This position requires close collaboration with the National VM Manager to develop and implement the VM strategy based on agreed brand objectives.
Experience Required:
* Understanding of retail brands and consumer behavior in a commercial and creative way
* Strong styling ability and understanding of brand vision
* High energy and passion for visual merchandising
