As a Duty Manager you will be responsible for managing and assisting in the running of the entire Hotel Rooms Division operation during your shift. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will appropriately allocate resources across the operation and ensure that Crown's policies, procedures, and brand standards are adhered to across all operational departments.
Essential Criteria:
- Hotel management experience at a departmental level within a superior hotel
- Extensive customer service experience
- Ability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster
Preferred Criteria:
- Hospitality or business-related qualification
- Knowledge of the Opera Property Management System
