We currently have **roster opportunities in our SIL house in Stockton. The majority of these shifts are shorter morning shifts or awake-overnight hours. Priority will be given to candidates have availability for those hours.**Your day-to-day may include:* Providing respectful support with personal care, mealtimes, medication, and daily routines* Encouraging skill-building, independence, and decision-making* Supporting community engagement, social connection and transport (including use of CPA vans & in your own vehicle)* Following **person-centred** plans with empathy and professionalism* Building positive relationships with our clients**What You'll Bring:**We are looking for candidates who embody CPA **values**, are **client-focused** in their approach to care, and are **passionate** about the opportunity to make an impact in the lives of people with disabilities.
