The Opportunity
Be part of the highly regarded national Civil and Infrastructure Project Management team working in collaboration with our Masterplanned Communities Development to drive project success from inception to completion, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
With a strong pipeline of masterplanned communities, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to large scale masterplanned communities projects incorporating residential, recreational, and commercial spaces. Key Responsibilities:
* Support project planning and delivery across time, cost, and quality metrics
* Provide expert project management tools and advice for complex developments
* Collaborate with stakeholders including contractors, consultants, and authorities
* Drive cost efficiencies and manage project budgets
* Champion health, safety, and environmental excellence
About you

Key Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
* Tertiary qualification in engineering (civil, environmental), planning, or urban design
* Proven experience in delivering civil infrastructure and landscape projects
* Strong background in managing construction teams and external consultants
* Demonstrated commercial and financial acumen
* Effective stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
* Knowledge of project management best practices, tools, and techniques
* Understanding of legal requirements and contract administration
* Familiarity with the urban development industry including planning, design, and construction
