Solo Resource Recovery, a family‐owned business, is seeking a Bin Inspector for its Waste Education Department. The role will support community engagement and operational activities across Cessnock, Maitland, and Singleton Council areas.
Responsibilities
* Conduct bin inspections and collect data.
* Educate residents through direct engagement on waste reduction and recycling.
* Assist with community engagement and operational activities.
Qualifications
* Ability to work in a team and occasionally autonomously.
* Physically fit; able to perform early‐start, outdoor work.
* Good communication skills.
* Safety conscious and adhere to Company OHS policies.
* Interest in waste, education, and the environment.
* Hold a current valid driver's licence.
Employment Details
This casual position requires 3–5 days per week, 5 hours per day with early starts. Location: Maitland area. Training will be provided; no prior experience required.
