- Able to complete tasks efficiently and on time 
- Confident using Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis), Word, and other high-volume systems 
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail 
- Ability to learn quickly and work well under pressure 
- Experience in lending or banking 
- Cert IV or Diploma in Mortgage Broking is desirable but not required 
- Ability to pass background checks and meet regulatory requirements for financial services 
What You\'ll Be Doing 
- Go above and beyond to deliver an outstanding client experience 
- Verify and organise mortgage application documents (income, employment, credit reports, etc.) 
- Collect and review all required documentation to meet lender requirements 
- Ensure compliance with all internal and regulatory policies 
- Accurately enter and maintain client and loan data across systems 
- Act as a key liaison between clients, lenders, solicitors, and conveyancers 
- Manage loan timelines, follow up on outstanding items, and provide regular updates 
- Work with internal teams and support knowledge sharing 
- Assist with issue resolution during application processing 
- Daily admin duties: email management, phone follow-ups, scanning, filing, using bank calculators and portals
