What We're Looking For
• Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills
• Able to complete tasks efficiently and on time
• Confident using Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis), Word, and other high-volume systems
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to learn quickly and work well under pressure
• Experience in lending or banking
• Cert IV or Diploma in Mortgage Broking is desirable but not required
• Ability to pass background checks and meet regulatory requirements for financial services
What You'll Be Doing
• Go above and beyond to deliver an outstanding client experience
• Verify and organise mortgage application documents (income, employment, credit reports, etc.)
• Collect and review all required documentation to meet lender requirements
• Ensure compliance with all internal and regulatory policies
• Accurately enter and maintain client and loan data across systems
• Act as a key liaison between clients, lenders, solicitors, and conveyancers
• Manage loan timelines, follow up on outstanding items, and provide regular updates
• Work with internal teams and support knowledge sharing
• Assist with issue resolution during application processing
• Daily admin duties: email management, phone follow-ups, scanning, filing, using bank calculators and portals
