Ui/ UX Designer- parental leave contract

In late 2024, iSelect and Compare the Market formed a new aggregation business within the A&G group that continues to support millions of Australians to compare and buy their personal finance, and household products such as insurance, energy, and loans.
What you'll do:
Join our Customer Experience team to design new and improved experiences across iSelect and Compare the Market's online comparison customer journeys. We offer a dynamic and collaborative environment where you'll work with cross-functional teams to research, design, validate and roll-out digital experiences for iSelect customers that deliver the company's vision and strategy.

You'll be passionate about Human Centred Design. You will represent the customer and drive innovative thinking. You will be testing products, engaging with users and getting feedback first- hand to make educated design decisions.
What you'll need:
- 1 – 3 years industry Ui/UX Designer experience- preferably including B2C and/or consumer financial services
- Proficieent in relevant design tools: eg. Sketch, Invision, (or Figma, Adobe XD, or similar)
- Knowledgeable in end-to-end UX and UI design process; a portfolio that demonstrates this is advantageous
- Conducting and synthesizing UX research and/or A/B Testing
- Prior experience creating and facilitating (HCD) Human Centred Design workshops eg. Requirements gathering, service design blueprints, design jams, etc
- Bonus Points: Experience working in Agile environments
- Bonus Points: if you have Coding Skills: HTML, CSS, Javascript, etc
