The Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Operations Analyst to support key operational functions across the business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about driving efficiency and accuracy in processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyse operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
* Support the development and implementation of process enhancements.
* Monitor daily operational activities and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
* Liaise with cross-functional teams including Risk, Finance, Technology, and Customer Operations.
* Prepare reports, dashboards, and insights for senior stakeholders.
* Assist in issue management, root cause analysis, and resolution tracking.
* Contribute to project workstreams and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
* 1–3 years' experience in operations, analytics, or a similar role within financial services.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
* Proficient in Excel; experience with SQL, Tableau, or Power BI is advantageous.
* Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
