What You'll Do
* Prepare and present high quality dishes for a wide range of international and domestic travelers.
* Take charge of your station during the morning and evening peaks with shifts scheduled between 4am and 10pm.
* Ensure consistent food quality and presentation that reflects our pride in the Cater Care brand.
* Work autonomously or alongside a supportive team to meet the demands of a busy airport environment.
* Maintain high standards of food safety and kitchen organization to ensure a smooth operation every shift.
About You
* Trade Qualification as a Chef is essential to meet the professional requirements of this talented team.
* Current Food Safety Supervisor certificate to lead by example in kitchen safety and compliance.
* Must have a car or reliable private transport because public transport services do not currently reach the airport.
* Great communication skills and a reliable nature that makes you a valuable asset to our kitchen crew.
* Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
