Job Description
You will report to an Operations Manager (Research) and drive key operational strategies to enhance and scale efficient, compliant research services for all Atlassians.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with strategic partners across Data & Insights teams, third-party vendors, and internal customers (Privacy, Procurement, Legal, Finance) to develop and implement service delivery best practices.
* Drive the quality of services provided to the organisation, including definition of success, measurement, and performance tracking, informing continuous service delivery improvement.
* Partner with teams such as engineering, data science, design, and product management to optimise practices for customer understanding across the business.
* Contribute to operations thought leadership and business-oriented research services.
* Coordinate Research & Insights conference requirements at Atlassian TEAM events.
Your Background
You will bring 2+ years of hands-on experience in research operations, encompassing participant recruitment, audience and sample management, vendor and budget management, knowledge management, research tooling, and/or research capability development.
* Experience driving operational process improvements and/or innovations in complex or enterprise level software environments.
* Proven experience influencing service delivery outcomes and driving measurable and successful change across organisational boundaries through communication of operational metrics.
* Experience building trusted advisor relationships with business partners.
