Join us at Trinity College Gladstone as an OSHClub Coordinator leading a team of passionate Educators while making a real impact on the lives of children in our highly regarded 65-place Kindergarten and 512 OSHC program .
This permanent full-time role offers 38 hours each week including 6 hours paid non-contact admin time and provides a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills. With ongoing training mentorship and support youll be equipped to thrive in this leadership role.

- Monday to Friday
- 6 : 008 : 45am (Rise & Shine)
- 2 : 306 : 00pm (Stay & Play)
- Plus Non Contact Admin Allocation
About the Role
As an OSHClub Coordinator youll lead a team of passionate Educators and oversee an engaging Kindergarten and before- and after-school program for children aged 4-12 years. Your leadership responsibilities include :
- Creating and leading dynamic child-centred programs across both Kindergarten and OSHC incorporating exciting activities like STEM sports cooking arts & craftsdesigned to inspire and engage children.
- Managing a dedicated newly built OSHC room with exclusive access to its own kitchen office and shared outdoor yard within the beautiful Trinity College Grounds.
- Taking ownership of your teams roster managing day-to-day operations ensuring compliance and handling administrative tasks while fostering teamwork and professional growth.
- Receiving mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team to help you develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.
