An opportunity for an experienced live-in Manager / Cleaner position is available at our 10-unit Motel Plus some other off site properties based in Blairgowrie Victoria, located between Sorrento and Rye on the Mornington Peninsula.
We are a family run business known on the Peninsula for 50 years. It's an amazing place to live, located conveniently across the road from the bay/ocean and walking distance to shops and restaurants.
This will be a minimum 12-month contract. Start date, is as soon as possible.
This is a live-in position with an onsite 3-bedroom house, unfurnished, includes all utilities (electricity, water, gas, NBN). Off site candidates consided if already living with in 15min Drive.
Most suited to a 2-person team with motel management skills, housekeeping experience and advanced computer knowledge required. You will be in charge of the motel 5 days and nights a week including weekends and additional public holidays. On duty Thursday to Monday including all evenings. Must have own ABN.
Your key requirements will be to clean and maintain the property, including maintaining our cleaning standards, the use of booking system, including rates and all OTAs management, excellent customer service face to face and over the telephone, ordering of supplies, operate the in-house laundry and management of roster. No meals are provided to guests. Please note this position wage is derived from some cleaning / housekeeping five days a week.
Additional included tasks are handyman / maintenance and garden work, marketing and sales, rate management and website maintenance.
