First week full-time in office, then 1-2 days WFH per week for the remainder of the assignment.
About the Role
Our client seeking a hands-on Marketing/Campaign Manager to join the team immediately and support the 3G 000 Project. This role focuses on campaign execution and communications across multiple brands. You will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery of mandatory and acquisition campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute campaign communications in collaboration with Martech and project leads.
* Provide requirements to the Campaign team for new builds and updates.
* Manage and update tech briefs and Jira tickets to support campaign delivery.
* Coordinate with vendors for SMS and eDM, providing copy updates and testing.
* Test SMS and eDM copy using live customer data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Monitor and reconcile data counts and volumes for campaign cohorts.
* Respond to stakeholder queries and provide clear communication throughout the campaign lifecycle.
* Work with campaign analysts to build and execute campaigns.
* Oversee mandatory communications campaigns and ensure quality control.
What We're Looking For
* Strong campaign management experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally Telecommunications experience or similar.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
* High attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure and tight deadlines.
* Strong prioritisation and organisational skills.
* Ability to understand processes and ensure accuracy.
