We are currently seeking multiple dedicated and values-driven Support Workers to join our growing team. These roles involve providing person-centred support to individuals with diverse needs across the Sunshine Coast.
We are particularly seeking applicants with experience or interest in the following areas:
* Mental health support.
* Working with children and young people.
* High needs disability support (PEG feeding experience highly regarded).
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing respectful, individualised support in line with client care plans.
* Assisting with daily living activities and community participation.
* Supporting emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour.
* Completing accurate documentation, progress notes, and incident reports.
* Working independently or as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Maintaining professional boundaries and ethical practice.
Essential Requirements:
* Current CPR and First Aid certification.
* Valid Blue Card (mandatory).
* Yellow Card (NDIS Worker Screening) must be obtained prior to commencement (We can assist with new applications or renewals if required).
* Strong honesty, reliability, and professionalism.
* Clear communication skills (written and verbal).
* Ability to document reports accurately and on time.
Desirable Experience:
* Mental health background.
* Experience supporting children and young people.
* High needs disability support experience (PEG feeding ideal but not essential).
