In this role, you will be a key player in building stakeholder capability during a period of significant regulatory change, ensuring both internal and external audiences understand their new obligations.
The Role
You will work with subject matter experts and external vendors to create high-quality digital products like e-learning modules, videos, and podcasts to help stakeholders master new ICT systems and regulatory frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design innovative and simple training materials, including instructional programs and visual assets.
* Help plan multi-channel, user-centered communication activities to support complex reform.
* Build strong relationships with internal and external groups to gather information and manage expectations.
* Monitor and evaluate how effective education programs are by using data to drive improvements.
* Ensure all materials follow strict branding, style, and accessibility guidelines.
Mandatory Requirements:
* Proven success in developing and delivering workplace training, ideally in a regulatory setting.
* Experience producing education or training strategies based on user-centered design.
* Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to simplify complex technical info.
* High-level proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
* A commitment to working harmoniously within a team to reach strategic goals.
Highly Regarded:
* Proficiency in Adobe Captivate, animation, or video editing software.
* Experience with photography and videography equipment.
* Tertiary qualifications in Training and Workplace Assessment, instructional design, or multimedia production.
