About the role
The Health Promotion Officer is responsible for implementing local health promotional activities with a focus on Cancer Prevention initiatives.

Requirements
* To be of Aboriginal descent; identify as an Aboriginal person; and accepted as an Aboriginal person by the Aboriginal community.
* Willingness, ability and appropriate levels of health and fitness to travel to and work from remote locations.
* Certificate IV in Health Promotion or Public Health or experience in delivering programs to groups, organising and running activities and experience in promoting education.
* Demonstrated ability to use a computer and its applications at a high standard
* Current Driver's License or the ability to obtain
* To be a non-smoker with willingness to adhere to the Congress Smoke Free Workplace Policy
