Responsibilities & Duties Include
* Manage end-to-end rental coordination, including enquiries, equipment allocation, availability, and scheduling of deliveries and pickups
* Administer rental agreements and lifecycle activities, including contracts, amendments, terminations, rehires, and associated documentation
* Coordinate workshop and financial processes, including job pack creation, weekly meetings with stakeholders
* Support effective asset and inventory management, including equipment tracking, tagging, and allocation
* Provide operational support and insights, including reviewing service costs, assisting with asset replacement decisions, and maintaining accurate system records
* Deliver responsive customer service, resolving queries and supporting dispute resolution with internal and external stakeholders
About You
We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and service-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
You will bring:
* Experience in an administrative or coordination role
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* Relevant diploma or tertiary qualification (desirable)
