**Key Responsibilities**
- Key systems covered in this role include (but not limited to) Warehousing, Proof of Delivery and Route Planning Applications
- Identify and implement improvements in data flows across multiple Supply Chain Applications and the ERP Application
- Troubleshooting and triaging of reported issues across Supply Chain Applications in conjunction with the IT Service Desk Team and Business Operations Teams
**Key Competencies, Skills and Qualifications**
- Degree in IT, Computer Science or Business Administration
- 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Demonstrable experience in delivering outcomes in a highly transactional business environment
- An understanding of managing complex 3rd Party Vendor relationships
- A broad understanding of contemporary Applications integration framework
