What you will do As senior manager, regional partnerships, you will strengthen connections that improve justice outcomes across Victoria. You will work with senior leaders and communities to deliver practical solutions across diverse settings. You will: build trusted relationships that support place-based solutions and improve local services provide strategic advice on complex matters while coordinating regional visits and activities for senior leaders lead innovative work that improves services and supports departmental priorities represent the department with confidence across communities and partner organisations resolve sensitive issues and coordinate local responses that support prevention and better outcomes for justice clients. About you A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline would be highly regarded. You will bring experience leading complex work and building strong professional relationships. You should also have: proven experience providing high-level strategic advice strong skills in developing relationships and encouraging collaboration the ability to apply critical thinking to solve complex problems a respectful and inclusive approach that values diverse perspectives.
