Job Title: Bilingual Facility Manager I
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing operations and budget for an assigned portfolio of facilities. This includes ensuring facility uptime objectives are met, creating and implementing annual facility management plans, collaborating with stakeholders to evaluate capital assets, and optimizing the portfolio to create value for the client.
Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates must have a community college diploma or equivalent training, 1-3 years of facility management work experience, and proficiency in facility equipment and building systems. They must also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to lead and engage a team of individuals.
