This role sits in our Airline Client Service team reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer. You will be responsible for a regional portfolio of revenue (win and maintain), through effectively managing a small team of experienced Business Development Directors (win) and Client Relationship Directors (maintain).You will be responsible for supporting your team to build strategic client plans and relationships, and developing business with major Airlines across a range of countries within a specified region.There would be a significant advantage if you were well connected in the world of airlines and have developed and secured revenue with Airlines or large retail organisations, preferably also having had experience with the tender process. Ideally you will have experience in the product development life cycle, having been involved in developing bespoke products. You will have a long standing success in managing business development teams, and an understanding of and passion for luxury products is highly desirable.As you will work from our HQ based in Melbourne, Australia, some regular travel will be required.BUZZ CULTURE At Buzz, we pride ourselves on doing things in ways that inspire discovery.
