The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced cabinet maker, joiner, or shopfitting specialist to join our growing manufacturing team in Kyneton. This is a hands‐on, workshop‐based role focused on the manufacture and assembly of high‐quality cabinetry and furniture components.
You'll work with advanced automated machinery and precision manufacturing processes to produce complex lightweight cabinetry for the caravan industry. This role suits someone who values craftsmanship, accuracy, and efficient production.
Key Responsibilities
* Manufacture and assemble cabinet furniture to specification
* Interpret and work from technical drawings and plans
* Install cabinet hardware and fittings
* Maintain production timelines and workflow efficiency
* Uphold a clean, organised, and safe work environment
The Ideal Candidate
* Trade‐qualified Cabinet Maker (Certificate III in Cabinet Making or equivalent)
* Proven experience in a woodworking manufacturing or workshop environment
* Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* High attention to detail and quality workmanship
* Problem solving ability
* Adaptable, handling custom jobs and changes in priority
* Reliable, punctual, and collaborative
* Strong commitment to workplace safety
