The opportunity As a UX Designer in our Digital Engineering team, you'll play a key role in shaping thoughtful, human-centred digital experiences for some of Australia's most complex organisations.

Your key responsibilities: Design intuitive enterprise experiences across web, mobile and digital platforms, using co-design methods, user research and iterative testing to inform and validate solutions.
Translate insights into clear design artefacts, including personas, journey maps, workflows, wireframes and low- to high-fidelity prototypes.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders and developers to articulate design rationale and support high-quality implementation of user-centred solutions.
Skills and attributes for success Creative thinkers with strong business acumen, able to collaborate effectively and adapt to client needs.
Passionate designers with a knack for solving complex problems.
A portfolio demonstrating your design process and capability (no larger than 10mb).
Ideally, you'll also have the skills and attributes below but don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes.
We're interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn.
UX Design experience with human-centred design foundations.
Knowledge of IA, user flows, UI principles, wireframing, prototyping and UCD methods.
Experience with design tools (Sketch, Figma, InVision), working in agile teams and collaborating with developers and clients.
