About The Role
The Account Executive position is a quota-carrying role responsible for the full sales cycle, including prospecting, revenue growth within existing customers, building relationships with key stakeholders, and contract negotiation.
* Understand monday.com's solutions and connect this knowledge to customer ROI.
* Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and insights throughout the sales process.
* Build strong relationships with decision makers and influencers.
* Develop compelling presentations and proposals that articulate our platform's value.
* Negotiate and close deals, exceeding sales targets.
* Coordinate cross-functional support to help customers maximize platform value.
* Help customers connect their goals and challenges with monday.com solutions.
Your Experience & Skills
* 5+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience.
* Proven success in managing complex sales cycles and building customer relationships.
* Effective communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to diverse audiences.
* Self-motivated with a collaborative team mentality.
* BA/BS degree preferred or relevant work experience.
