Development Manager – Hamilton, Brisbane
Reporting to the Senior Development Manager, this hands‐on role will lead complex developments across Queensland, mentor a growing team, and work closely with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and residents to deliver new and existing land lease community projects.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver end‐to‐end development projects, including feasibility, approvals, procurement, construction, sales launch and handover
* Build and manage feasibilities, budgets, forecasts, programs and board‐level reporting
* Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Design, Operations and Project Managers to align delivery outcomes
* Manage approvals, consultants, tenders, contracts, risk and compliance
* Lead stakeholder and resident engagement while developing Assistant Development Managers
About You
* End‐to‐end development experience across land development, civil and built‐form projects
* Strong commercial and technical capability across feasibility, contracts, approvals and delivery
* Confident communicator and presenter with diverse stakeholder and resident engagement experienceProven people leader who balances strategy, execution and quality outcomes
* Degree‐qualified in a relevant discipline with proficiency in MS Project, Excel and Estate Master
