Salary: $80,000-$85,000 + Superannuation

About the Role
Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store. This would include:
* Build a sales and customer satisfaction culture
* Team training and development
* Stock management, and reporting
* Implementing initiatives and promotions in-store
* Managing and addressing human resources, rostering, safety and operational matters as they arise
* Adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures
About You & Your Skills
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Retail Manager (or similar) position
* Experience working in a remote/regional location
* A passion to drive your own career, and others around you, forward
* Well-developed and professional communication skills
* Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and training to others
* Ability to adapt to change
* Strong attention to detail
* Strong sense of teamwork
