Design & Build are currently working with a leading lifting solutions company to identify a Business Development Manager. After successfully growing a strong client base in NSW before opening a VIC branch, we're now looking for a strong BDM with an established network to continue the growth in the Melbourne market. Working closely with the CEO, you will be the driving force of their continued success. In return?
Compensation
* Circa $150k (Negotiable based upon experience)

Role & Responsibilities
* Meet all targets delegated to the position and assist with the achievement of broader business targets.
* Build and maintain a core sales network.
* Develop new business opportunities through the establishment of business-to-business relationships.
* Help develop our visibility and marketing presence.
About You
* Have an extensive B2B sales experience across the construction industry
* Strong relationships across tier 1 and 2 builders in VIC/NSW
* Self-motivated, confident and proactive
* Strong construction knowledge and the ability to articulate as such
* Strong time management and customer focus
