Delaware North Australia is hiring a Spa Manager to join Essentia Day Spa on Lizard Island Resort. As the Spa Manager, you'll lead a close-knit team in providing exceptional service. The Spa Manager will oversee daily operations, manage spa services, and ensure the highest quality beauty and body treatments. What you will do?
* Manage and ensure the quality of all spa products and services, including beauty treatments like facials, waxing, and massage
* Perform and supervise all beauty and massage treatments
* Implement strategies to improve service speed and operational efficiency
* Drive sales and revenue through analysis of sales trends and trading reports
* Manage budgets, labor, and inventory to minimise costs
* Total remuneration is $83,200 plus superannuation
More about you
* Certificate IV in Massage and Beauty Therapy
* First Aid Certificate
* At least 2 years of experience in a resort spa (preferred)
* Management experience
* Workplace Health and Safety Representative Training (highly regarded)
