The Company
Our client is a fantastic and supportive Accounting firm, located in Hawthorn with amazing modern offices. They offer WFH and ongoing support.
The Opportunity
They are looking to fill the role of Team Administrator.
Duties and Responsibilities
Preparing client correspondence, as well as to the ATO
Supporting the Accounting team
Collation of financial statements and tax returns
Preparing letters associated with these
Assisting with Debtors
Preparing invoices/billing
Client contact and liaison
Handling incoming mail, assisting with photocopying and filing
About You
1 + years experience working in an Accounting Firm in a similar role is essential for this position.
Experience using MYOB AE is highly regarded, however is not essential
Understanding of the ATO portal
Proactive approach to work
High attention to detail
