About The Role
We are currently looking for a dynamic Merchandiser with a territory across
Newcastle, NSW
.
Ideally, the candidate will be able to work 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Reporting to the Territory Manager, you will be responsible for merchandising your allocated group of retail grocery and supermarket outlets in your area.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
* Product management (Stock levels, position, stock rotation, ticketing and facing) in line with our guidelines.
* Performing shelf relays.
* Building promotional displays.
* Following WHS guidelines.
* Identifying sales opportunities and reporting them to the Territory Manager.
* Liaising with retail outlet Managers and employees.
* Representing the company in a professional manner.

About You
A successful candidate will ideally possess the following:
* Proven merchandising and retail grocery experience.
* Great team player.
* Strong verbal and written skills (ability to send and receive emails).
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Reliable, honest with a good work ethic.
* Physically fit and capable of some heavy lifting.
* Own reliable vehicle and a full Australian drivers' license.
* Eligibility to work in Australia.
To fulfill our Duty of Care, the successful applicant is required to provide a satisfactory National Police Clearance and attend a pre-employment medical, including D&A.
This position is a fully onsite role (No Work from Home), allowing you to work closely with the team.
