Job Description
The Clinical Nurse Consultant will provide clinical oversight of the service, including effective management of human and physical resources. The role involves leadership, direction, and change management to support service development and optimise outcomes.
* Day-to-day clinical oversight of the service
* Leadership, direction, and change management for service development
* Specialist assessments and brief interventions for individual service users
* Information and referral to stakeholders as required
Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful applicant will have demonstrated leadership skills and high-level knowledge in relation to recovery and client-centred care. A relevant postgraduate qualification is desirable, as is experience in community mental health settings and a current driver's licence.
