We are looking for candidates who possess:
Qualifications:
* TAE40110 or TAE40116 (including TAEASS501 and TAELLN411) or higher VET teaching qualification
Key Skills and Experience:
* Ability to work in a team and autonomously
* Understanding and respect for diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds of students
* Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), including effective communication across large groups
* A confident and flexible approach
* Flexibility to adjust teaching methods based on individual learners' needs and classroom dynamics
* Proficiency in IT systems and MS Office suite
* WorkSafe accredited for forklift (advantageous but not mandatory)
* Candidates must be willing to undergo national police checks and other relevant security checks associated with working in a custodial environment
