The role of Media Sales Coordinator is a key position within our organisation, requiring a driven individual to manage sales targets through proactive campaign management and strong client engagement.
In this capacity, you will work closely with the Sales and Campaign Delivery departments and report directly to a Sales Executive at our office. The ideal candidate will possess a valid driver's licence and access to reliable transport.
Key Responsibilities
 * Administrative Support: You will assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, processing of proposals, bookings, inquiries, and other sales-related information as directed.
 * Campaign Management: Monitor and optimise Broadcast and Digital campaign delivery within client remit, utilising industry-aligned systems.
 * Reporting: Provide and update reports to clients and internal stakeholders on campaign delivery using Microsoft Excel and industry tools.
 * Filing and Correspondence: Manage document filing, distribution, and correspondence efficiently, supporting the finance team with booking queries and participating in relevant meetings.
 * Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with agencies and clients, support the Sales team with training, conduct audience analysis, identify business opportunities, and implement systematic changes as needed.
Requirements

You will also possess:
 * A tertiary qualification in media, business, or communications (preferred).
 * Some experience in sales, media, consumer, or admin roles; sales experience is a bonus.
 * Proficient in Microsoft Office (basic to intermediate level).
 * Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently.
 * Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on efficiency and collaboration.
