Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Unit Manager to oversee the efficient operation of three core units: Accommodation, Illoura Environmental Support Services, and Administration. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing resources, staff, and activities to deliver best practice services in acute and aged care environments.

Responsibilities:
* Manage resources and staff effectively to ensure smooth operations.
* Oversee the coordination of all activities related to Accommodation, Illoura Environmental Support Services, and Administration.
* Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in unit management or a related field.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
