Are you a dedicated nurse ready to support high-quality patient care within a collaborative healthcare team? We're seeking an Enrolled Nurse to work under the direction and supervision of Registered Nurses, providing person‐centred nursing care that meets regulatory and professional standards.
About the Role
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will practice within your scope, developing from novice to proficient through ongoing learning and experience. While working under supervision, you remain responsible and accountable for your own nursing actions, contributing to safe, effective, and respectful care that upholds the dignity of every patient.
Responsibilities
* Assist in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care plans.
* Support patients with activities of daily living and personal care.
* Document clinical information accurately and in a timely manner.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated care.
* Adhere to health and safety and infection control procedures.
What We're Looking For
* Enrolled or eligible for enrolment as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or is eligible to hold, a current practising certificate.
* Experience in the provision of nursing care in a healthcare setting in accordance with the appropriate standards of practice.
* Experience in the use of computer packages e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel.
Requirements
* Appointment subject to satisfactory Criminal History Check and appropriate immunisation requirements.
* DHS Working With Children Check (WWCC).
* DHS National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Check.
* National Police Certificate for employment involving unsupervised contact with vulnerable groups.
* Category A immunisation risk (direct contact with blood or body substances).
