What you'll be doing
As the Senior Security Officer, you will oversee daily security operations while leading a team to deliver professional and effective security services aligned with hospital standards.
* Lead, supervise and mentor security staff to maintain high performance
* Manage incidents, risks and ensure accurate reporting and compliance
* Oversee security systems including CCTV, alarms and access control
* Promote a safe environment through proactive risk assessment and response
* Build strong relationships with staff, patients and external agencies

* License: 1A Licence as issued under the Security Industry Act 1997.
* Qualification: Certificate II in Security O and Current Senior First Aid Certificate.
Selection Criteria
* NSW Driver Licence with excellent driving record (full or provisional class C).
* Strong communication (verbal and written) including reporting, analytical capabilities, conflict resolution and incident management skills.
* Experience in working in customer service role particularly dealing with traffic monitoring.
* Demonstrated ability to undertake customer service/public relations role and managing difficult situations.
* Demonstrated ability to adapt and learn current and emerging security and IT systems.
* Demonstrated ability or significant experience in managing a team to meet the organisational deliverables.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
