**About the Role**

As the Business Officer, you will be at the heart of our Program, providing expert advice and consultancy in human resources, finance, and administrative management. This energetic role involves overseeing financial and administrative support services staff, maintaining robust financial systems, and ensuring accurate reconciliation of service agreements and transactions. Your skills in budget preparation, asset monitoring, and data analysis will contribute to driving operational efficiency and program success. 
Beyond the numbers, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing building maintenance and minor works requests, as well as investigating cost-benefit trends and performance data to guide strategic decision-making.
