We're looking for a Senior Developer to join us in shaping this emerging category.
About the role:
* Design, build, and deploy advanced agentic AI systems that can plan, act, and iterate autonomously
* Lead the development and integration of Private AI models within secure, enterprise environments
* Architect multi-agent systems, orchestration layers, and intelligent workflows
* Build and scale backend infrastructure to support real-time, autonomous decision-making
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to bring cutting-edge AI concepts into production
What we're looking for:
* 8+ years of experience in software development
* Strong experience working with AI/ML systems, ideally within private or secure model environments
* Advanced backend development skills (Python or similar)
* Proven experience designing scalable systems and architectures
* Experience with agent-based systems, automation frameworks, or intelligent workflows is highly regarded
* A strong interest in autonomous systems and the future of AI
Location & setup:
* Full-time, in-office role
* Based in Brighton East, Melbourne
* Monday to Friday
