Key Responsibilities
* Maintaining strong partnerships with clinical venues and teams to support student placement experiences.
* Ensuring regular communication with Topic Coordinators and students regarding progress and any concerns.
* Attending pre-clinical meetings for allocated students to facilitate collaboration and problem-solving.
* Engaging in regular one-on-one sessions with students to discuss their progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide guidance on reflective practice and skill development.
To be successful in this role, applicants must possess the following skills and qualifications:
* A minimum of three years full-time clinical experience in nursing or a related field.
* Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
* Demonstrated problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
* Familiarity with technology, including Microsoft Office programs and interactive online platforms.
* A willingness to travel between clinical venues as required.
