Service Technician
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Service Technician. As a key member of the service team, you will be responsible for undertaking scheduled and reactive maintenance tasks on various equipment.
* You will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure all company vehicles and plant are in good condition.
* Responsibilities include operation of high-voltage and low-voltage systems, maintaining safety protocols at all times, and adhering to strict environmental guidelines.
This role requires a strong foundation in electrical or mechanical trades, with a recognized Australian trade certificate being essential. In addition, proficiency in PC skills, modern technologies, and technical drawing interpretation is necessary.
* A Grade Electrical trade certificate or mechanical trade certificate is highly desirable.
* Experience with HV/LV, hydraulics, and mechanical systems in residential, commercial, or industrial environments is also beneficial.
* The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, ability to work effectively in a small team, and have a willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing industry requirements.
Key qualifications for this position include:
* Relevant trade certification
* Full clean driving license
* Ability to read/interpret technical drawings
* Knowledge of PLC and/or SCADA systems (desirable)
