Lead Billing and Contracts Operations
This leadership role oversees the Sydney billing and contracts data integrity teams, ensuring precise invoicing and efficient contract setup.
* Guide and mentor the billing & contracts team to deliver high-quality service and administrative support
* Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring team key performance indicators are met (invoicing, job costing, complaint resolution, etc.)
* Implement and refine administrative systems and processes to enhance operational effectiveness
* Manage complex billing for strategic clients and ensure timely monthly billing targets
* Maintain data accuracy in maintenance contracts, including asset variations and pricing updates
* Support ongoing improvement projects and process efficiency initiatives
Candidate Requirements:
* Prior administration/service delivery experience in a service-based industry.
* Strong leadership skills with a record of leading and developing high-performing teams
* A proven track record in billing management, contract administration, and data analysis.
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
* A background in driving process improvement and increasing operational efficiency
