**The opportunity**

Meeting and exceeding Digital Sales and Upgrades targets by managing a digital product and offer portfolio. End-to-end responsibility for the coordination of offers, promotions and campaigns, working closely with digital operations, product, pricing and billing teams to ensure on time and accurate execution online.

Additionally, promoting the digital agenda across the business, including securing digital offers, capability requirements, customer experience improvements and traffic generation opportunities to improve digital mix. You will be accountable for streamlining communication and execution of products and promotions impacting digital channels, assisting with sales reporting, forecasting sales impact of offers and promotions and aligning initiatives to the digital budget.

**Responsibilities**
- Digital sales plan execution and measurement: ensure best-practice campaign execution and performance measurement across a multi-functional team with a strategic and commercial focus; evangelise data-driven decision making in a test & learn environment towards continuous improvement
- Product and offer management where impacting digital channels: consolidation of information, removal of inconsistencies and open questions, visualisation, briefing and streamlining communication to ensure the productive flow of information to enable efficient execution across internal merchandising and partner channels
- Measurement, analysis & insight generation as well as forecasting of products, offers, campaigns and funnel metrics across key digital journeys, working closely with the Digital Analytics team, Digital Channel Manager and Marketing & Sales Managers
- Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Find & Buy, Self-Service, Digital Campaign Product Owners and Marketing & Sales Managers to ensure alignment between the cross-channel product, offer and promotion portfolio and initiatives
- Work closely with Digital Campaign Product Owners to ensure availability of offers and promotions as well as understand and assign prioritisation to support effective merchandising.
- Manage a rolling calendar of digital offers, identify gaps and opportunities and work with Senior Digital Sales Manager to fill gaps to drive towards digital sales targets
- Work with the Senior Digital Sales Manager to take ownership of some product categories including the offer and promotion strategy, securing digital exclusive offers and working closely with product team to manage product launches and refreshes
- Work with the digital analytics team to create and monitor product and campaign dashboards within the Google Analytics suite, identifying gaps and opportunities and reporting on key trends
- Regular analysis of customer verbatim from various sources (eg. Chat transcripts, CSAT survey), identification of trends and recommendations to improve the online customer experience
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on process improvement & simplification to further drive operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Regular reporting on product portfolio, offer and promotion sales performance

**Knowledge and experience**
- Minimum 4 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills across all levels of an organisation
- Excellent impact and influence
- Digital sales and/or marketing experience, ideally within a fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent relationship-building and persuasion skills
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to communicate complex concepts/business issues verbally and in writing to peers and management
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- The ability to evangelise and represent a diverse digital team throughout the business
- Creative, flexible, self-motivated and energetic
- Ability to deal with issues and implement relevant solutions
