About The Role
As Portfolio Change Manager, you will report to the Enterprise Change Practice Manager, with a dotted line to the Future Operations Technology Manager, and collaborate with the Operations Technology Portfolio (OTP). Your responsibilities include leading and delivering artefacts, materials, and activities to support successful change within this key initiative portfolio.
This permanent senior role is part of the Enterprise Change Practice Leadership team, crucial for driving and enhancing AEMO's Change Maturity, supporting its mission to ensure secure, reliable system and market operations, and achieving the net zero target.
What You Will Be Doing
* Work with the Enterprise Change Practice to uplift AEMO's Change Maturity through standards, practices, capabilities, technology, and performance improvements.
* Develop and deliver materials and solutions for Communications, Training, and Engagement activities.
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders (People and Culture, Communications, Stakeholder Engagement) to ensure aligned and effective communication strategies.
* Participate in Enterprise Change Practice Centre of Excellence meetings and reporting.
* Manage the OTP Portfolio Change Team regarding resource estimation, demand, allocation, quality assurance, and onboarding/offboarding.
* Contribute to evolving the AEMO Enterprise Change Framework, Principles, and templates to ensure quality and consistency in artefacts like plans and strategies.
* Support cross-collaboration with key stakeholders alongside the OTP Portfolio Leadership team.
What You Will Bring to the Role
* Extensive experience in Change Management and/or Transformation projects, artefacts, tools, and techniques, especially in large-scale technology and operating model initiatives.
* Qualifications and/or certifications in Change Management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, Kubler-Ross, Bridges Transition Model, Human-Centred Design) are desirable.
* Expertise in Change Impact Assessments, Change Strategies, Communications, Training, Business Readiness, and Handover activities.
* Skills in Strategic Thinking, Facilitation, Co-Design, Coaching, and Continuous Planning.
* Understanding of Project Management approaches (Waterfall, Agile, Lean) and the project lifecycle.
